At an authorized PayUp Agent, the Consumer requests the Top-Up mobile service. The agent keys the necessary information in the PayUp terminal, which communicates with the central system and receives back the corresponding e-voucher to deliver to the consumer. The e-voucher contains the pin number to charge the mobile phone.
