The company of electronic payments, PayUp, leaded by its CEO Luís Janeiro, presented to the Coordinator of the Technological Development Plan, Carlos Zorrinho, an innovative system of retirement pensions payment.
Trough a smart card the beneficiaries may collect its pensions on retailers associated to an electronic network. PayUp’s proposal, that would allow the Government to save lots of money, is being analyzed by a work group.
